He’s a certified expert witness, holds a master’s in criminal justice, and has trained elite narcotics teams in over 30 countries through the U.S. Department of State and the UN.
A two-time Chief of Police, Keith led one department to become the safest city in South Carolina. His work extends beyond the streets—he’s an adoptive parent to a child born with drug dependency, a published author, and a technical advisor for film.
