Course overview

This is a 3-day, scenario-driven, high-impact training built for the real world—not the classroom. Developed and led by a decorated SWAT team leader who’s lived every level of this profession, this course is designed to elevate judgment, command presence, and survival under pressure.

This course delivers more than concepts—it delivers tactical clarity for real-time law enforcement situations. Officers are challenged to see faster, decide smarter, and control scenes with precision. It’s designed for those operating in today’s high-liability, high-stakes environments where legal, tactical, and emotional intelligence intersect.

Instructor Rick Anderson brings 35 years of experience, including 27 years as a SWAT Senior Team Sergeant, to lead this intensive. You’ll be immersed in his TDCV Model—Time, Distance, Cover, Verbal Interaction—a system for slowing down chaos, commanding scenes, and protecting lives. This course combines scenario-based drills, legal doctrine, and decision-making under pressure. It’s not a lecture—it’s a field-tested transformation.
